What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage your own caseload of credit hire and personal injury matters from instruction through to trial or settlement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:



Handling a variety of credit hire and personal injury claims independently Valuing claims and advising on prospects and quantum Drafting legal documents and court proceedings Negotiating settlements and complying with court directions Keeping clients informed and maintaining clear communication with all parties Hitting achievable KPIs with the support of a collaborative team

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you'll need:



Proven experience handling both credit hire and personal injury claims A strong background in litigation Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail First-class written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands A strong billing record A driving licence or currently learning to drive
