An established and progressive law firm in Oxfordshire is seeking a Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor - or experienced Legal Executive - to join its growing PI team.

The Role:

Manage a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters including RTAs, EL/PL, and lower to mid-value litigated claims
Assist senior team members on more complex files
Engage directly with clients, experts, insurers, and counsel
Work towards full file responsibility with ongoing mentoring and support

About You:

Newly Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
Demonstrable experience in personal injury (training or previous role)
Organised, client-focused, and eager to develop technical skills
Confident communicator and team player
