Job Description

Pearson Solicitors and Financial Advisers is seeking a newly qualified to 2 years PQE Solicitor to join our established and client-focused Personal Injury Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and compassionate solicitor looking to build their career in claimant personal injury law within a supportive and respected team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters, including RTA, EL/PL, and other general PI claims. Conduct cases from initial instruction through to settlement or litigation, under appropriate supervision where needed. Provide clear, empathetic, and practical legal advice to clients throughout their claim. Draft legal documents, statements, and correspondence efficiently and accurately. Liaise with clients, insurers, medical professionals, counsel, and other third parties to progress claims effectively. Ensure compliance with firm protocols and regulatory obligations, including CPR and SRA standards. Contribute positively to the department's development and maintain high levels of client care.

Requirements:

A solid understanding of personal injury law, with experience handling or assisting on a range of PI claims. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and client-focused approach. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise a busy workload.
