The Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the department, reviewing the team's work, and offering guidance and support. You'll also manage a portfolio of clients, ranging from high-net-worth individuals to entrepreneurs and professionals; offering clear, practical guidance on tax matters.

What You'll Do

Prepare and submit personal tax compliance for a varied client base Review and ensure accuracy of work produced by the team Coach and mentor junior staff Advise on personal tax issues including CGT, IHT, and residency Build strong client relationships and identify advisory opportunities Stay up-to-date with tax legislation and HMRC requirements Ensure deadlines and compliance standards are met

What We're Looking For

ATT qualified

(CTA or equivalent experience desirable) Strong background in personal tax Experience managing client portfolios and reviewing work Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with a proactive approach
