Are you creative, hands-on, and excited by personalised products? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Personalisation & Print Production Assistant

to join our growing team.

This is a key role within our

personalisation department

, where you'll help produce a wide variety of bespoke products from printed banners to personalised baby hampers, using both print and embroidery technology. You'll also work closely with our warehouse team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently through our

Orderwise WMS

system.

Key Responsibilities

Print and prepare

personalised banner orders

using large-format printers Operate

embroidery/stitching machinery

to personalise baby hampers and other gift products Support the wider

print & personalisation team

with daily production tasks Use

Orderwise WMS

to claim and process personalised orders Liaise with the

warehouse dispatch team

to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment Maintain high standards of quality control across all personalised products Assist in testing and implementing

new personalisation techniques and equipment

Ideal Candidate

Experience with

large-format printing

and

vinyl cutting

Familiarity with

Summa cutters

and

Onyx RIP software

is desirable but not essential Competent using digital systems and handling production workflows A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Willingness to learn new machines and personalisation methods Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once Understanding of Adobe Suite

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
