We're looking for a

Laser Engraving Technician & Designer

to join our growing personalised home decor business, selling primarily on Etsy. You'll be responsible for creating design files for our CO2 laser and operating the laser to produce high-quality, personalised products.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and prepare vector design files for laser engraving and cutting. Operate and maintain a CO2 laser machine to engrave and cut personalised home decor items. Quality check finished products to ensure high standards are met. Assist in product development by testing new materials and designs. Work efficiently to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience with CO2 laser machines (preferred but not essential). Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, LightBurn). Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Overtime from end of November required
