Pet Claims Handler

Package:

26,522 pa with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday) 2 days off for charity work, Group life assurance and heath care cash plan.

Location:

We offer the opportunity to work completely from home within the UK, be office based in Borehamwood, or split your time between home and office.

Full Time:

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm, with one late shift per week 9.30am - 6.00pm

Start Date

: January 19th 2026, must be available for the full 4 Weeks remote training from the start date.

Here's what you'll be doing with us a Pet Claims Handler:

Processing new and continuing Claims Checking invoices and medical records Providing front line assistance for customers in all key claims-related activity and across a range of communication channels Working at pace to ensure we're responding to customers within a reasonable time frame

Our wishlist of your previous experience as a Pet Claims Handler:

Experience working within a veterinary practice Strong customer service experience The ability to work to targets, deadlines and prioritise own workload Excellent attention to detail
