We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales to achieve store objectives. Your ability to motivate and develop your team will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities



Oversee and manage operations across multiple store locations, ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Manage and supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets. Maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and reporting. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary. o 1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook) for a retail or pet-related brand, with a focus on creating pet-centric content that drives customer engagement and showcases products. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) to monitor campaign performance and boost in-store or online sales through targeted pet lover communities.

Qualifications



Proven experience in pet retail management with a strong understanding of sales management principles. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Strong time management skills, enabling effective prioritisation of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in administrative tasks related to retail operations. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and staff alike. A proactive approach to problem-solving with an emphasis on delivering results.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,800.00-28,500.00 per year
