Key Responsibilities:

Source, select, and negotiate pet product ranges that delight customers and meet margin targets Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring consistent product quality and availability Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed buying decisions Collaborate with marketing and store teams to optimize product launches and promotions Drive supply chain efficiencies and inventory management best practices
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a buying/procurement/supply chain role within the pet retail sector Strong negotiation and commercial analysis skills Knowledge of pet products and customer preferences Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Experience with ERP systems and retail analytics tools is a plus
