We're now seeking a
General Manager
(often called a Store Manager in other retailers) to lead our flagship Ferring store. This is a senior leadership role within our Retail Team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience, driving operational excellence, and leading a passionate team.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Support and empower the store team to continue delivering exceptional service and product expertise
Maintain and reinforce the store's positive, motivated, and accountable culture
Ensure ongoing performance standards and training requirements are upheld
Customer Experience & Standards
Safeguard the high service standards our customers know and trust
Ensure the store remains a welcoming, well-presented environment at all times
Support the team in keeping product knowledge fresh and consistent across all customer interactions
Operations & Store Performance
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running
Monitor store performance, looking for opportunities to increase customer spend and engagement
Ensure stock is well-managed in collaboration with the Warehouse team
Maintain high housekeeping, visual merchandising, and health & safety standards
Campaigns & Events
Support the delivery of in-store campaigns and community events
Work with Support Team departments (Content, Visual Merchandising, Warehouse) to ensure consistent execution
