Job Title:

Custom Club fitter including Putter Fittings & Club Building

As we expand, we are seeking talented and experienced Custom Club Fitter to join our retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Custom Club Fitter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive the best-in-class service every day. You will work within a high-performing team, providing an exceptional fitting experience, and assembling golf clubs to industry-leading standards. Additionally, you will partake in the completion of day-to-day operations, and deliver the company's core principle of "Obsessing over our customer's needs" - maximising your individual performance and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

To work within a team of dedicated and talented retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service Provide exceptional in-depth custom fitting experiences and assemble golf clubs to exacting standards. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Partake in essential day-to-day aspects of retail operations, including customer service, merchandising, stock control, and security. Continually learn and evolve your knowledge to better the experience for our customers. Take ownership of personal development and attend monthly meetings with the Line manager to discuss future learnings.

Requirements:

Golf Retail: 2 years (preferred) Custom Fitting: 2 years (preferred) PGA Membership (Preferred) A full PGA qualification is desirable but not essential. We understand that some of the best club fitters have years of experience and a vast knowledge of club fitting without having the PGA badge. Customer service experience Stock control and processing (preferred) Store merchandising experience (preferred) To take part in occasional promotional videos showcasing our facility

Working hours will be over 5 days, working a rota basis with colleagues, therefore applicants need to be able to work flexibly between 9am and 6pm Monday-Friday and between 9am and 5pm Saturday-Sunday.
