The Opportunity
We're looking for a
qualified PGA Professional
to lead coaching operations, grow the community, and champion the future of modern golf.

-- all within a unique, design-led space in Queens Park, London. Whether you've led a traditional academy, coached on championship links, or dreamt of building your own client base in a vibrant space, this role is designed to inspire and challenge in equal measure.
What You'll Do
Lead all coaching operations
, including client experience, and performance standards.
Deliver exceptional
TrackMan-powered lessons
, fittings, and swing consultations for all ability levels.
Create and manage
instructional programs
including group sessions, junior development, and introductory sessions for new golfers.
Curate
bespoke coaching journeys
, blending data-driven improvement with personal connection.
Oversee the day-to-day running of the space -- ensuring smoothly to day running, simulator care, and customer flow.
Support retail and
high-standards of hospitality
throughout the clients journey.
Foster a fun, inclusive, and supportive space for members and guests, reflecting our values of
connection, creativity, and community
.
Who You Are
PGA-qualified, with
2-3+ years of coaching experience
and a proven ability to teach a wide range of skill levels.
Strong proficiency with
TrackMan
.
A warm, approachable, and professional character -- who builds trust and long-term relationships.
Organised and proactive, with experience managing booking systems and operations.
Flexible and adaptive -- happy to work weekends and evenings, and motivated to grow the business and coaching programme with initiative.
Experience managing and running
junior programming
.
Bonus points for:
Previous experience in
hospitality.
Knowledge of
golf retail, fittings, and inventory.
