We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our organisation. Duties
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve organisational goals
Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service
Manage sales strategies, merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives
Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to optimise productivity
Maintain excellent phone etiquette when liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members
Implement organisational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge
Analyse sales data and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making
Handle administrative responsibilities such as stock management, budgeting, and record keeping
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth
Qualifications
Proven management experience within retail, sales management or similar sectors
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop teams effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
Demonstrable organisational skills with attention to detail and time management proficiency
Experience in merchandising, sales strategies, and customer service excellence
Strong administrative skills including record keeping and utilisation of management software
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in supervising staff, managing schedules, and conducting performance reviews is preferred
