We are looking for a

Pharmaceutical Process Technician

to join the Biofill team here in Wrexham. This is a hands-on role in a Grade A cleanroom environment, where precision, safety, and collaboration are key. You'll play a vital role in sterile manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and EHS standards. You'll be part of a dynamic team driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment for product formulation and sterile vial filling. Ensure safety and compliance by following SOPs, handling hazardous materials, and maintaining inspection readiness. Collaborate across departments to meet production schedules and resolve issues. Support validation, qualification, and documentation activities in real time. Participate in Lean initiatives and process improvement projects. Knowledge, skills & experience:

Degree in a relevant scientific subject + experience in a similarly methodical role ideally in a sterile environment Ability to take initiative, pitch in, be proactive and be part of a team Ability to adapt to changing priorities, including flexible work to support manufacturing continuity and supply for our patients
