The Opportunity

As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a dedicated Pharmaceutical Production Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values precision, quality, and consistency, and who takes pride in contributing to work that supports global clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare manufacturing areas and equipment for production activities Pick and assemble starting materials for manufacturing processes Manufacture and package sterile and non-sterile dosage forms, including vials, tablets, capsules, and oral liquids Disassemble and clean manufacturing equipment Generate and apply product labels for use in production Adhere to strict GMP and H&S standards

About You

We're seeking someone who takes a meticulous and proactive approach to their work. You'll bring:

Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety protocols The ability to travel to our site in North Downs Business Park, Sevenoaks Experience working in a sterile or cleanroom environment (desirable, not essential)

What We Offer

Starting salary: 23,906 (based on a 37.5-hour week), increasing to 24,375 upon successful completion of a six-month probation period, with further progression opportunities up to 25,181. 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
