We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Production Operator to join our team and help produce our skincare products to the highest standards.

Role Overview:

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for manufacturing, filling, and packaging our skincare products according to strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards. You will play a key role in ensuring our products are consistently produced to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare raw materials and equipment for production. Accurately measure, mix, and batch ingredients following detailed formulations. Operate mixing, filling, and labeling equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure consistency and compliance. Maintain a clean and organized production area, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Label, pack, and prepare products for dispatch. Complete production records and documentation accurately. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures. Support inventory management by reporting low stock of raw materials or packaging. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in skincare, cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical production is an advantage (but not essential - training provided). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Good manual dexterity and ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a production environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a small team. Basic record-keeping and communication skills.
