- Have a passion for working and supporting the community pharmacy sector.

- Be able able to manage and take responsibility of the branch including dispensing, checking and providing clinical services.

- Ensure members of the team engage in building a strong rapport with their patients, GP surgeries and other healthcare professionals.

- Lead the management of a professional and productive team

- Deliver company targets, staff management and patient safety priorities.

- Be a mentor for the team and train and develop for future succession.

This is a FULL-TIME position. The branch is supported by a team of long-serving members. The salary salary package will consider and reflect the experience and qualifications of the candidate.

Salary is by negotiation and you will also have the additional benefit of:

Management Training & Coaching

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: 55,000.00-65,000.00 per year
