Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Hall Green.


This community pharmacy is in a great location on a busy road with a good mix of customers from different demographics and a huge potential to grow the business. We are looking for someone who is experienced in people management and making decisions, with the ability to build strong lasting relationships.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 1900 items a week, It provides a wide range of services including Flu, Covid, BP, ABPM, pharmacy first, NMS, contraceptive services, weight management

This pharmacy is open

8:15am

until

18:45pm, Monday - Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday

. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of

3 dispensers and an ACT.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.


You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.


You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits


We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.


We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we've put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
