Pharmacy Manager - NHS Contracted Pharmacy (England)

We are seeking an

experienced and dynamic Pharmacy Manager

to lead our

busy NHS-contracted pharmacy in Fallowfield, Manchester

. This is a unique opportunity for a

qualified pharmacist

with a strong background in

retail pharmacy in England

who is ready to take on a leadership role and drive forward

clinical services

as a key focus of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day running of a high-volume community pharmacy Lead and support a committed team to ensure safe, efficient, and effective service delivery Champion the development and expansion of

clinical services

including but not limited to CPCS, hypertension case-finding, NMS, and vaccinations Ensure full compliance with GPhC standards and NHS contractual obligations Build strong relationships with patients, local healthcare professionals, and commissioners

Requirements:

GPhC-registered

pharmacist

(essential) Proven experience in a

community pharmacy in England

Strong understanding of NHS pharmacy services and clinical pathways A passion for patient care and service development Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
