Newbridge Healthcare Group (NHG) was established 23 years ago and currently owns 12 pharmacies based in Lancashire. Both directors are qualified pharmacists and are actively involved on a daily basis in the running of this dynamic group.

We are looking to recruit a

Pharmacy Manager

to work in our independent pharmacy.

Essential Requirements:

Registered with The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Degree in Pharmacy - BPharm or MPharm; Proficient in pharmacy computer systems and Microsoft applications; An up to date knowledge of changes within pharmacy; Enthusiastic with excellent leadership and communication skills; Excellent organisational skills; Provide an excellent level of customer service and patient care; Flexible attitude.

The Person

We need someone with a proven track record. You will be someone willing and able to take command of the team. You will also be able to grow current services as well as develop new and innovative services.

The Pharmacy has a number of services they deliver successfully, including Flu, EHC, Contraception, BP and of course NMS. We want to grow these even further in the near future to include Travel Vaccines and a large range of Private PGDs.

We are delivering the Pharmacy First Service along with any other commissioned services.

Our company has been granted a contract for Covid testing by the local authority.

The pharmacy is large, modern premises & we have a great team. We have a head office team that will support with all the aspects of the role too, including HR, professional support.
