What you'll do
Lead, coach, and inspire the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding care and business performance.
Ensure safe and effective services in line with
GPhC standards
.
Deliver and grow both
NHS services
(Pharmacy First, hypertension, contraception, vaccinations) and a wide range of
private services
.
Manage all aspects of the
NHS claims and processing cycle
accurately and efficiently.
Maximise private service delivery and ensure the business is run effectively and profitably.
Build strong relationships with GPs, PCNs, and the local community.
Monitor KPIs, governance, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations.
What we're looking for
GPhC-registered Pharmacist.
Minimum 3 years' experience
working in community pharmacy.
Proven understanding of
NHS claims, processing, and reconciliation
.
Experience handling and maximising
private services and private business
.
Confident leader with strong clinical and organisational skills.
Comfortable with technology and robotics in pharmacy operations.
