Summary

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team at Mail My Meds. Post would be ideal for newly qualified Pharmacist. Non patient facing role in small friendly environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing medication administration and providing exceptional patient care as part of our vaccination program. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the health and safety of our patients.

Responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately and provide comprehensive patient counselling. Administer vaccinations. Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust medication plans as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions. Educate patients on proper medication usage and potential side effects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution. Active pharmacy license in Great Britain. Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient care practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
