Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Pharmacist

to support the delivery and distribution functions within our pharmacy services. This role requires a proactive and reliable individual capable of working under pressure and managing a dynamic workload, including supervising staff and ensuring the highest standards of dispensing and distribution are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and ensure accurate and timely deliveries of pharmaceutical products. Supervise and support pharmacy staff involved in dispensing and distribution. Ensure adherence to Good Dispensing and Distribution Practices (GDP). Respond effectively to changing priorities and unpredictable workloads. Work independently, taking initiative in managing daily responsibilities. Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes. Support the development and implementation of efficient delivery protocols. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and logistics teams.

Qualifications & Registration:

Master's Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) Current registration with the

General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven ability to work autonomously and make decisions independently. Experience in supervising and managing pharmacy or healthcare staff. Expert knowledge of good dispensing and distribution practices. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage workload effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. Flexibility to work across a

changing shift pattern

, including evenings or weekends if required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

Previous experience in a logistics or delivery-focused pharmacy role. Familiarity with stock control and inventory systems.

Pay: 25.00-32.00 per hour
