Although we are looking for a full time role, we are flexible in our approach to recruitment and for the right candidate we may consider part time roles and/or an amended shift patterns to suit your needs and the business needs. The exact work pattern will be discussed at interview.

Responsibilities

Dispense prescribed medications and ensure accuracy in dosage and administration. Provide expert advice on the safe use of medications, including potential side effects and interactions. Conduct patient consultations to assess medication needs and provide tailored recommendations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient interactions in compliance with legal requirements. Stay updated on new medications, treatment protocols, and advancements in pharmacy practice. Educate patients on proper medication usage and adherence strategies. Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products

Requirements

A valid pharmacy degree from an accredited institution. Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Passion to deliver advanced services Strong customer service skills A 'can-do' team-player attitude
