Job Opportunity: Pharmacist (Primary Care & Community Pharmacy)Location:

Valleys Medical Group Practice & Valleys Link Pharmacy (Gelli or Cilfynydd)

Hours:

2-4 days per week (flexible, depending on demand) (Saturday cover may be required at Gelli Pharmacy)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide

clinical services

, including

Common Ailments Service, flu vaccinations, emergency contraception,

and other enhanced pharmacy services
- Work closely with

GPs and the community pharmacy team

to improve patient outcomes

- Offer

medicines management support

, clinical advice, and patient consultations
- Actively contribute to

business growth

by identifying new service opportunities
- Adapt to working across different sites (GP practice and pharmacy) based on demand

Saturday cover may be required at Gelli Pharmacy

Who We're Looking For:

?

GPhC-registered pharmacist

with a strong clinical mindset
? Excellent

communication skills

and a passion for

patient-centered care

? Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to

build services and improve healthcare quality

? Able to work flexibly across

primary care and community pharmacy

?

Independent Prescriber qualification is desirable

, but we offer GP-supported training for the right candidate
