Responsibilities

Lead and manage the pharmacy team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and professional standards in pharmacy practice. Oversee medication dispensing processes, ensuring accuracy and safety in all prescriptions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Maintain inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring pharmaceutical supplies. Implement training programmes for staff to enhance their professional development and service delivery. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and medication management. Stay updated on industry trends, new medications, and best practices in pharmacy management.

Salary Package

Salary will be a base of 55,000 with a good bonus structure as well.
