About the role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our vibrant Clinic team at PwC's Embankment Place, covering a 6-month maternity leave contract. This is a unique opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment that supports PwC partners and staff, alongside doctors, nurses, and physiologists.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our pharmacy operations--processing prescriptions, managing stock, supporting audits, and delivering exceptional service to high-profile clients. You'll work closely with the Superintendent Pharmacist and wider clinical team, ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and contributing to a seamless, patient-focused experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and bring community pharmacy experience with confidence and professionalism, we'd love to hear from you.

What your days will look like:

Handle patient and healthcare communications via phone, email, and in person; assist with OTC product selection and prescription processing. Manage stock levels, conduct date checks, order supplies, and maintain accurate dispensing records and temperature logs. Process payments, create invoices, issue prescriptions, and support audits, meetings, and regulatory compliance under GPhC and SOPs. Uphold safety standards, report hazards, complete mandatory training, act as chaperone, and safeguard welfare of adults and young persons.

This role is for you if:

Must hold NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification with proven experience in a community pharmacy setting. Strong communication skills essential, especially when working with high-profile and demanding clients. Demonstrates professionalism and discretion in all patient and team interactions. Able to manage responsibilities confidently and contribute to a high-standard pharmacy service.

What you'll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
