We're looking for a qualified ACT (or a qualified Pharmacy Technician who is keen to train to be an Accuracy Checking Technician) to join our team. We are more than happy to consider part time applicants, but full-time would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

We have invested in revolutionary PMR system called Pharmacy-X. If you are familar with it, you will already know that it is automated barcode checking - meaning that the mass basket-checking, in the traditional sense, is a thing of the past. No previous experience in Pharmacy-X is required as full training will be provided. However there are some individual 'quantity' checks that need to be done, as you will be augmenting an excellent dispensing team, to drive our daily dispensing goals forward. We need an energetic & enthusiastic ACT to help drive the dispensing team to reach the pharmacy's daily goals.

Working with two pharmacist colleagues you will also do some Smoking Cessation Level 3, Flu Vaccinations, Covid Vaccinations, DMR's and methadone supervision. If you have not done these services before then do not worry, we will train you. The pharmacy has two well-equipped consultation rooms.

This position would appeal to a "people person" - an individual with a genuine passion for building great relationships with all our customers and staff. Either way, we are looking for an organised and reliable person who is keen to learn new skills and already has excellent communication skills. This position would appeal to an individual who prides themselves on having consistent attention to detail and a friendly approachable manner both on the telephone and face to face.

Pay: 32,000.00-36,000.00 per year
