?We're looking for a highly organised and motivated Personnel Co-ordinator to oversee the daily staffing and personnel needs for two pharmacies, one of which also includes a busy Post Office. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and excels at managing people.
?This role focuses primarily on the personnel side of the business, handling the day-to-day operations related to our team. An external HR management company will be on hand to provide expert support, helping you all with all administrative and strategic HR needs. While you will be responsible for some general management tasks, your main priority will be to ensure our staff is supported, well-trained, and operating effectively. You will also have a direct impact on the local community by helping us provide outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
?Personnel Management
: Handle all aspects of staff recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and training. You will be the main point of contact for employee questions and concerns.

Performance & Development
: Conduct performance reviews, manage disciplinary actions, and identify opportunities for professional development for our team members.
?
Operational Support:
Assist with ad hoc general duties, such as resolving customer issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a smooth workflow across all three locations.

Communication:
Serve as a key link between staff, senior management and owners, ensuring clear communication and a positive work environment.

Community Impact:
You will have the opportunity to create and make a difference within the local community by ensuring our team provides the best possible service and support to our valued customers.

What We're Looking For:
?You should be a natural leader with excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. While prior experience in a similar role is a plus, it's not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates the right attitude and a strong desire to learn.
