Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a
Pharmacy Assistant
to join our team at Capsule Pharmacy working on Saturdays. This role is ideal forstudent pharmacists
seeking hands-on experience.Key Responsibilities:
Provide an accurate, efficient, and professional dispensing service for all customers. Assist customers at the front counter, including selling medicines and accepting prescriptions. Support the pharmacist in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring all legal requirements are met. Dispense both repeat and acute medications. Collaborate with the pharmacist and the pharmacy team. Manage compliance aids and offer healthcare advice. Maintain and monitor pharmacy stock levels.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and listening skills. Ability to uphold and understand the importance of customer confidentiality. Capable of building relationships with key partners such as GP surgeries and care/nursing homes. Willingness to learn and apply new skills.
