The post holder will be expected to (see job description for full details) Arrange meetings/events for multiple participants, internal and external to the Trust, comparing options which are often conflicting, propose solutions and/or compromises. Use analytical skills to make decisions regarding re-organising diaries for senior staff to accommodate competing demands and priorities Undertake activities within the pharmacy that contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of medicines/care to patients. Be the first point of contact for patients/other users of pharmacy services, who may have an enquiry, wish to complain or speak to a member of PSMT Assist PSMT in monitoring sickness absence, annual leave, special leave, flexi time and study leave of pharmacy staff (in liaison with HR Advisor)
