Wigmore Medical is pharmacy based in Central London. We are close to specialist clinics in Harley Street and Wimpole Street. We deal mainly with private prescriptions and cater to patients seeking a well rounded healthcare experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Counter Assistant and Dispenser in our pharmacy on Wigmore Street in Central London. The job holder will be responsible for providing advice on medical products and developing customer relations. They will also be responsible for maintaining the shop, providing assistance throughout the shop as required and providing personalised customer service. The job holder will help out in the dispensary with processing prescriptions, stock rotations and helping to ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy business.

Qualifications

Experience working in a community pharmacy or healthcare setting Product knowledge Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships Understanding of common medical conditions and treatments and ability to provide clear advice on the safe use of medicines Exceptional customer service skills IT literate (experience using PMR systems desirable) Experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus Friendly and approachable with a customer-focused attitude Responsible, honest, and reliable Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively Ability to work effectively as part of a team Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

The ideal candidates must have at least 1-year experience in a customer facing role in luxury retail or pharmacy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.32-13.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
