About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable
Pharmacy Counter Assistant
to join our team onSaturdays
. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with over-the-counter medicines, healthcare advice, and day-to-day queries.Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers and helping them with their needs Selling over-the-counter medicines (training provided) Providing information on minor health concerns where appropriate Referring customers to the Pharmacist when needed Managing cash and card transactions accurately Keeping the pharmacy counter clean, tidy, and well-stocked
About You:
A friendly and helpful manner with excellent customer service skills Good communication skills and confidence speaking with the public Ability to work accurately and follow procedures Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided Must be reliable and available to work every Saturday
