Job description
We are currently looking to employ a pharmacy customer assistant with/without experience.
Working hours: around 20 hrs -41.5 hrs a week including every other Saturday (09:00-13:00).
Candidate should have/be:
good communication skills
good team player
passion for delivering patient care
basic computer literacy skills are necessary, for example, to send emails containing attachments to surgeries and to learn how to use some necessary features of the dispensing software
be reliable
good work attendance history
with references
and above all willingness to train and provide excellent service when serving and communicating with customers.
Main duties:
Serving customers on the till
providing advice on common symptoms and products (with time)
providing great service
helping out with pharmacy operations in-store, for example putting stock away, pricing, answering the phone, organising products
making sure the shop and consultation area are organised and tidy
working according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
