We are a friendly, busy community pharmacy looking for an experienced Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team. This role would suit someone who is confident on the pharmacy counter, provides excellent customer service, and works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Serving customers professionally and courteously
Handling prescriptions and OTC sales accurately
Providing basic advice within role boundaries
Supporting the dispensary and wider pharmacy team
Managing till transactions and general counter duties
Helping maintain a clean, organised working environment
About you:
Previous experience working as a Pharmacy Counter Assistant is essential
Counter qualification (or currently working towards) preferred
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
Able to work well under pressure
Flexible and a good team player
