Serving customers confidently and professionally. Be able to help with any queries they may have.
Confidence in selling appropriate OTC medications for the symptoms presented
Taking care of the shop, stock and cleanliness of the area
Providing good customer service skills
Liasing with other healthcare professionals
Taking messages on the pharmacy phone
Dispensing duties - using the computers, endorsing, labelling, checking prescriptions, filling and completing dosette boxes, ordering stock and bagging prescriptions
Helping to take care of the repeat prescription and delivery service
Helping to manage stock in the dispensary - ordering stock and putting away the orders
Experience not essential, Customer Service experience preferred
Set hours:
Saturday 9AM - 1PM
