We are seeking a dedicated and organised Counter Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide information regarding medication administration and patient care as needed.
Maintain an organised and clean counter area to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
Collaborate with pharmacy team to support medication dispensing processes.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
Assist in managing inventory levels, including restocking supplies as necessary.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
Knowledge of patient care practices is highly desirable.
Familiarity with pharmacy technician duties is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is crucial.
Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.
