Shift Hours: 12.00pm - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, permanent (ongoing) role

Roseway Labs is a busy, specialist pharmacy that dispatches all medications via delivery services. We're a growing, dynamic team looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Dispatch Team--someone who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment and can consistently commit to the stated weekday hours.

In addition to dispatch responsibilities, we're seeking someone who's practically minded and comfortable handling occasional odd jobs and minor repairs around the office. If you're the kind of person who notices when a shelf needs fixing or a lightbulb needs changing--and you enjoy pitching in wherever help is needed--this role could be a great fit

Key responsibilities will be:

Packing orders once they have been checked by a pharmacist Ensuring that the right packing materials are used and a positive customer experience is had upon opening the parcel Checking the items for packing against the order screen and highlighting any missing items Using the relevant system to print delivery labels Ensuring the correct delivery company is used for the relevant delivery address Double checking the addressed parcel against the order Taking mailsacks to the collection point in time for collection Helping to keep the dispatch area and office clean and tidy, including taking out recycling and rubbish, as needed Office Maintenance when needed
