We are looking to employ a passionate and hard-working individual to take on the

FULL TIME

role as a

Pharmacy dispenser / qualified ACT in our branch in

Buxton Pharmacy

. The candidate will need to be a quick learner and able to carry out tasks efficiently at a fast-paced environment.

Pro script experience is preferred.

Main responsibilities:

Dispense prescription medication and pharmaceutical products to patients Prepare prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner Carry out administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy Prepare dosette boxes for various patients Gather, organise and assess patient information, maintain electronic patient information, and receive and input prescription orders Ensure compliance to operational standards and expectations Inform and educate patients, answering their questions and offering advice Liaise directly with healthcare providers and patients Take an inventory of drugs and place orders to maintain stock, keeping detailed records Price medications, and complete patient sales and transactions for over-the-counter medications Accuracy Check dispensed prescriptions following a clinical check (NVQ Level 3 ACT Qualification or equivalent)

Hourly pay rate and working hours can be discussed during the interview

Expected hours: 35h per week minimum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
