Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Pharmacy Dispenser

to join our community pharmacy team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting dispensary operations, with a

primary focus on preparing dosette (MDS) boxes

for our patients. This paid position offers the opportunity to work flexibly while contributing directly to safe and effective patient care. Experience with

Titan PMR

, especially the dosette box module, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Accurately prepare and assemble

dosette/MDS boxes

in line with pharmacy protocols and legal requirements Work confidently with

Titan PMR

to manage patient records, medication schedules, and dosette workflows Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently Maintain precise and organised records of all dosette and medication dispensing Liaise with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Keep the dispensary and dosette preparation area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards Support stock management, including checking inventory and ordering supplies as required Assist pharmacists with general dispensary tasks and contribute to smooth workflow

Experience using

Titan PMR

(including dosette modules) is highly desirable Strong organisational skills and an exceptional level of accuracy Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare staff Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment Commitment to patient confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory standards NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
