We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. The successful candidate will have a set working pattern but will also be required to cover additional shifts for holidays and sickness as needed to meet business and patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
Ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
Dispensing medicines into Monitored Dosage Systems (MDS).
Resolving queries by liaising with GP surgeries and patients via telephone.
Requirements:
UK Pharmacy Dispensing qualification to NVQ Level 2 or above.
Hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work meticulously to a high standard.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to assist patients.
Proficiency in computer use; training on the PMR system will be provided.
