The Role
We are seeking a
Pharmacy Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician
who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to take on a varied and responsible role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive pharmacy that invests in its team and encourages professional growth.
Your role will include a
rotation across all key areas
of the pharmacy to develop a broad skill set and ensure every day is varied and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
Dispense and label prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent advice and support to patients on both NHS and private services
Rotational work with other dispensers on the counter
Manage retail stock: ordering, control, and merchandising
Handle telephone and counter queries with professionalism and empathy
Participate in service delivery -- including
blood pressure checks, vaccination support, and health screening
Promote pharmacy services and help increase patient awareness and uptake
Assist in the smooth running of the dispensary and retail area
Willingness to provide/be trained on ear microsuction
About You
At least 1 year of experience working in a UK pharmacy
Qualified to
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy Services
, or currently working towards this (desirable)
Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills
Confident/experience in using pharmacy IT systems
Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn new skills and grow with the business
A genuine interest in clinical pharmacy services and patient care
