Role: Dispensing Assistant
Type: Full time/Part-time
Days and Hours needed-
minimum 4 days in the week (9-6pm)
The main role is to work well with the team of other dispensers and the pharmacist to help prepare medications and deal with patient queries efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role are but not limited to:
Carry out dispensing duties under the supervision of the Pharmacist manager Ensure all prescriptions are dispensed and labelled accurately and in a timely manner To monitor stock levels and adapt orders appropriately Answering telephone queries appropriately to customer needs, politely and efficiently
Essential Criteria
Great communication skills Confidence with speaking to patients in a professional manner Excellent Customer Service
Desirable Criteria
Experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required, training will be provided on site if needed.
