Responsibilities

Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure efficient daily operations. Maintain compliance with all healthcare laws and pharmacy regulations. Oversee inventory management and procurement processes. Provide excellent customer service and medication counseling. Implement health and safety protocols within the pharmacy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Manage administrative tasks including reporting and documentation. Drive initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager or in a similar leadership role within a pharmacy setting. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in IT systems related to pharmacy management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle administrative responsibilities effectively. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities. Relevant qualifications such as GPhC registration or equivalent.
