Responsibilities
Lead and manage pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and training.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns effectively.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and medication management.
Implement IT systems for efficient pharmacy operations and record-keeping.
Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback to foster professional development.
Develop strategies to improve pharmacy services and enhance patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy setting.
