We are seeking a dedicated Counter Assistant to join our pharmacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting patient care activities. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in pharmacy operations within a friendly and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Greet customers courteously and assist them with their pharmacy needs
Manage counter transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide information on over-the-counter products and health-related queries
Assist in maintaining organised stock levels and store displays
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
Skills
Previous pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment
Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions accurately
Basic IT skills for managing records and transactions
Candidates should be organised, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality service in a healthcare setting.
