Job Specification

Excellent customer service and communication Ability to work to, and deliver professional and commercial targets Accountability for retail performance of the pharmacy Ability to work under pressure, at busy times Will be involved in providing services including blood pressure measurement Retail sales and promotions Stock control and ordering Taking in and handing out prescriptions Upselling services and products Stock control and rotation Providing health advice where appropriate Date checking Cash handling Flexibility to cover holiday hours On the job training provided after completion of a probation period. Full MCA course compulsory to complete Working hours - Mon - Fri (likely 8.30am - 3.30pm)

Retail customer service experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiasm for performance and development
