Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Pharmacy clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Identify potential sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research as well as calling.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
Collaborate with team members to strategise on sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of the Pharmacy Sector preferred
Strong negotiation, and interpersonal / communication skills.
Experience
Proven experience in a business to business sales role or similar position is preferred but not essential; a strong willingness to learn is highly valued.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
