About the Role

We are looking for a

confident and sales-driven Pharmacy Beauty & Sales Advisor

to join our busy community pharmacy. This role is ideal for someone who loves health and beauty, enjoys engaging with people, and can confidently promote products -- especially

perfume, skincare, cosmetics

, and

health & wellbeing ranges

-- while also supporting the day-to-day running of the pharmacy counter.

Key Responsibilities

Be the

first point of contact

for customers collecting prescriptions or seeking advice

Promote

perfumes, skincare, cosmetics, vitamins, and wellness products in line with customer needs Engage confidently with customers to

recommend and upsell

relevant items Support with

pharmacy counter tasks

, including handling prescriptions, OTC sales, and till operations Keep displays

visually appealing, well-stocked, and seasonal

Assist with stock control, expiry date checking, and basic merchandising Answer queries in person and by phone with a professional, warm manner Work closely with the wider team to drive performance and meet targets

About You

Sales or retail experience, preferably in

beauty, cosmetics, or pharmacy.

Friendly and approachable - you love engaging with customers.

Confident in talking about beauty, skincare, and health products.

Strong attention to detail and

professional presentation.

Enthusiastic and proactive - you're driven by results.

Able to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.

Comfortable using tills and handling transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,400.00-27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
