Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Stock Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily pharmacy operations and ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

Maintain an organised daily stock inventory, which includes checking stock levels, shelving products, liaising with suppliers, and reporting/claiming as necessary.

- Provide exceptional patient care by answering telephone queries and assisting walk-in customers.

- Adhere to the Data Protection Act 2018, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with health and safety regulations within the pharmacy environment.

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the pharmacy workspace.

- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required by your manager.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of work experience in a pharmacy, with excellent customer care and service skills. Pay rate is commensurate with relevant work experience or the National Minimum Wage.

- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- A meticulous and reliable team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
